DEMANDS OF RURAL WORKERS. (Rcc. April 13, 1.8 a.m.) Sydney, April 12. 'A! meeting of representatives of dairying centres has formed a union, the primary object of which is to combat the claims for higher wages and shorter working hours by the Rural Workers' Union when they come before the Arbitration Court.
