LODGE MEETING.

At tlio regular meeting of tho Southern Cross Lodge, 1.0.0.i' , ., there was a fair attendance- of members, and several visitors from other lodges of tho order wero welcomed. Two candidates were initiated into tho order, and ono new member was proposed. Bro. L. T. Bodley was recommended for tho position of District Deputy Grand Master —an appointment which will bo made by the Grandmaster. The members afterwards adjourned to supper, and tho health of new members was toasted, as well as that of tho retiring D.D.G.M.
