TOUR ABROAD ENDS. By Telecraph—i'ress Association-Coßyricht Berlin, April 11. The newspaper "North German Gazette," the semi-official organ of the Government, in welcoming the Crown Prince and Princess on their return from their journey to the East, acknowledges thewarmth of their reception in India, and adds: "The journey was a complete success for the Crown Prince and a gain for the Empire."
