THE TOKIO FIRE.
A WHOLE. QUARTER DESTROYED. By Telesraph—Press Association-Copyriehi Tokio, April 10. The fire which broke 'out in the Yoshiwara quarter- of the city, and which up to yesterday had destroyed 0000 houses, is still raging. A high wind and a shortage of water make the position critical. The Azakuza quarter has also been completely destroyed. Several hundred persons were burnt, some fatally. The European quarter of the city is not in clanger.
