HOSPITAL BOARD.
LOCAL BODY. SUBSIDISED. A special meeting of tho Hospital and Charitable Aid Board was held yesterday, the Rev. W. A. Evans presiding. Also present wore: Messrs. W. Gallaway, G. Nash, J. E. Fitzgerald, D. Robertson, R. C. Kirk, J. Smith, J. W. M'Ewan, A. H. Hindmarsh, J. Trevor, W. Tompsitt, F. T. Moore, G. T. London, D. M'Laren, H. Baldwin, R. Fletcher, the Rov. H. Van Staverou, and Miss M. Richmond. Mr. London, in moving that the. following apportionment of sums to be paid to tho board by the various contributing local authorities for the year 1911-12 be approved, stated that ' the amount of appropriations had increased very little as compared with the year just ended. In 1910-11 the appronria-' tions from contributory bodies totalled £13,840; this year tho amount was £14,022. The increase thus amounted to only £IS2. The appropriations are as follow:— £ 5. d.
