REBEL SUCCESSES. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyricht Cetinje, April 9. The Albanians, after two days' fighting, resurrounded Kastrali and Tushi, and reoccupied all tho forts except that at Shipshanik. Montenegro is permitting the Turkish wounded to be transported to Scutari, via Montenegro.
