THE CLAPHAM MURDER.
NO FURTHER APPEAL. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyricht (Rec. April 4, 10.10 p.m.) London, April 4. The Attorney-General, Sir Rufus Isaacs, has refused to grant a certificate enabling Morrison, the man convicted of murdering the French Jew Beron at Clapham Common on ,New Year's, Day, to .appeal to the House of Lords. Morrison's appeal to the Appeal Court was recently dismissed, after a hearing lasting three days.
