Tho Federal Prime Minister, Mr. Fisher, speaking at a luncheon, said ho regarded the Imperial Conference as tho most important gathering of the century. Not only should the self-gov-erning Dominions send representatives, but every branch of organised society should have perambulatory conferences, not only in Britain, but ill every selfgoverning Dominion.
