DIFFERENCES WITH MONTENEGRO.

Montenegro contends that an autonomous Albania, under tho suzerainty of Montenegro, is tho only rational policy. Shefket Pasha, Turkish Minister for War, in a speech in Parliament, declared that an independent Albania could not exist without Turkey, whilst the Turks also realised that they could not remain in Europe without the support of the Albanians. It is announced that Colonel Schlichting's murderers havo been sentenced to dcr.th. They will bo executed forthwith. A sensation was created in Skodra through the town criers mistaking their instructions and proclaiming a Holy War against Albanian Christians. The shops aro being closed and the position is a very inflammable one. ASIATIC TROOPS RELIED ON. (Rcc. March 31, 11.50 p.m.) Constantinople, March 31.
