Mr. Georges Scott, a French painter of Scottish descent, will contribute a porti ait to the forthcoming Salon of King George in-'field-marshal's uniform mounted on his favourite charger. Lord Kitchener and Lord Roberts are shown following with the Black Watch. In the background tho rose, thistle, and shamrock are interworked.
