CONCERT AND PRESENTATION.
A concert was held at tho Wadcstown Presbyterian Church on Wednesday evening, when an enjoyable evening was spent by a large company. The following contributed to the programme: Misses Anderson, Portman, Kirk, Styles, Luff, Hepplestone. White, Taft, Nicholas (2), Richardson, Messrs. Weir, Kershaw, Portman, Holmes, and Battersby. During the interval a presentation, consisting of a travelling-rug, dressing-case, and silvermounted umbrella, was made to Mr. Weir, who is leaving for Dunedin. Mr. Massey accompanied the singers on the piano and organ.
