(Specially written for The Dominion.) MI DAY. Curried schnapper. Boiled rice. Masked . potatoes. .French beans. Stewed pears. Cornllour Wane mange. STEWED PEAKS. Eight pears, 2 breakfastcups of water, 1 breakiastcup of sugar, 1 level tablespoonful of sago, 2 pieces of whole ginger or a few cloves, a lew drops of carmine. Peel the pears, leaving a little of the stem on. I'ut cold water, sugar, ginger, and carmine- into a saucepan, bring to the boil, put in the pears and simmer gently until tender. Then lift them out, wash tho sago well, put it. .into the boiling syrup, boil until clear, and pour over the pears. FOE. TOMORROW. 21b. veal. Ham. Turnips. Quinces. Pastry FOR SUNDAY. 21b. tomatoes. Stock. Sirloin of beef. Parsnips. Dates. . FOB SUPPER. 2 dozen oysters. Puff pastry. Tomatoes. Cucumber. Salad dressing. Jelly. 'Fruit, i-pint cream. 1 tin apricots. ;
