■ BRITISH COMMISSION URGED* By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyrisrht London, March 27. ■ -Twenty-eight leading artists have presented a memorial to the Prime Minis-' ter (Mr, Asquitb), declaring that in view of the great developments in the industrial art institutions of the United States, Germany,, and other cduntries, and the British overseas Dominions, since the Prince Consort's death, a comprohensivo inquiry by a Royal Commission is, in the interests of tho nation, imperative beforo reorganising tho Royal College of Art.
