Sir Edward Grey, Secretary for Foreign Affairs, writing with referenco to tho Conferenco of tho Frets Church Council, which has been convened to consider what steps should bo taken to voico public opinion in favour of the Anglo-American Arbitration treaty, suggests tho desirability of keeping in touch with Freer"' Church communities in America, and making clear what is being done in Great Britain in sympathy with the feeling in America. A resolution has been passed urging the Lord Mayor of London to form a national comniitteo for the purpose of arranging meetings all over tho country.
