Stewed Quinces. Junquet. SUPPER. Cold Spiced Beef. Salad. Spanish Cream. Fruit Salad. MARMALADE PUDDING. 4oz. flour, 2oz. sugar, 4oz. marmalade, 3o'z. suet, soz. breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoonful of carbonate of soda. Milk. Shred the suet, add the flour, .sugar, .breadcrumbs, and marmalade, and then the.soda dissolved in a little warm milk. Add a little more milk if required, but ■ the ■ pudding should bo rattier stiff, 'fitenm for 3 hours.
