RECIPROCITY.
OBSTRUCTION IN CANADA. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyrieht (Eec. March 23, 0.10 a.m.) Ottawa, March 22. Parliament will probably shelve the debate on the Reciprocity Agreement with the United States in order to pass Supply before March 31. The. Opposition proposes to obstruct the granting of Supply, and if it is successful nn appeal to the country will be necessary. ATTITUDE OF THE DEMOCRATS. New York, March 21. Mr. Champ Clark, leader of the Democrats iu tho House of Representatives, has promised tho Democrats a special session of Congress, at which, he says, it is illtended to pass tho Reciprocity Agreement between Canada and the United States.
