At a meeting of delegates from' the Labour ■ Unions and Political Labour Party, held last night, it was decided to run a ticket at the municipal elections next month. The platform was drawn up, and the meeting then adjourned till to-morrow, when candidates will bo selected and the plan of campaign adopted. ! A great amount of apathy continues to be shown in regard to enrolment on the borough .voting-'list Only- about onetenth of those to whom, .the now franchise extends have'applied to bo placed on tho roll. .' ,
