The Japanese newspapers, in their comments on the dispute between' Russia and China, are supporting the demands made by Russia. TROOPS STILL MOBILISING. (Rcc. China has not replied to Russia's Note of. Mar.ch 14. The Noto declared that tho Chinese replies to the Russian representations indicated an unfriendly distortion of treaty provisions, and added that' persistence ill this course would lead to a disturbance of relations between tho two countries. The mobilisation of Russian troops is continuing.
