GEOGRAPHICAL SOCIETY AWARDS. London, March 17. Tho Royal Geographical Society has awarded the Founders' medal to Colonel KozlofF, who has done much exploration work in Asia. The newspaper "Englishman," published at Calcutta, states that China proposes to prohibit tho importation of Indian tea and reduce tho duty on the exported Chinese article. PLAGUE IN RUSSIA.
