o THE HEARING PROCEEDING. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, March 17. The hearing of evidenco in the caso against the persons oharged with tho burglary at Houndsditch and the subsequent killing of three policemen and tho wounding of two others is proceeding. Luba Milstein, who was arrested for complicity in tho outrage, but was afterwards discharged, was called as a witness for the prosecution. In her evidence she stated that her first statement was not quite true. Tho reason she did not tell tho. truth was that she was afraid of implicating tho people in Grove Street, and also bccause she was afraid she would be charged with being concerned j in tho crime.
