For this reason in somo localities tho second crop 'is cut for seed and tho third crop for" hay. Captain Young, a well-known veterinarian of the Agricultural Department, is to ho asked by.the Tarauaki Agricultural Society to deliver, a series-of addresses during tho coming winter. .
