London, March 32. The employees of the navoi arsenal at Toulon struck as • a protest against the bad food supplied to them. Their grievance has been redressed by tho naval authorities. FISHERMEN ON STRIKE. Paris, March 12. The strike of St. Mnlo' fishermen for an increase in wages, which resulted in conflicts with tho gendarmes, is at an end.
