HARBOURS ACT.
VOTING POWER OK BOROUGHS IN COUNTIES. (By Telegraph-Press Association.! Dunedln, March 10. The attention of tho Minister for Marino is to be directed to what is said to be an omission in tho Harbours Act in its application to elections. It is said that tho Act does not specify that boroughs in counties shall form part of tho countics, as a result of which four boroughs in the province will bo doprivod of voting power at elections. It is considered tho omission migh f bo' rectified by the issue of nil Order-in-Council.
