Board of' Trade returns relating to unemployment, show that, at (he end of the vear 1!M0, 4.7 per cent, of members of Trade Unions were unemployed as compared with 7.7 in 11)03 and 7.8 in lflOS. Over the period 1390 to 1010 the aggregate net increase in wages amounts to j£3i1,703 per week.
