Plaintiff claimed that she comnlicd with all the conditions of the society, which, after she was adjudged tho winner, refused to pay tho prize money.' For tho defence, it was claimed sho had failed to comply with a clause in the general conditions, and under the power contained therein the committee forfeited the prize money. Judgment was given for plaintiff with easts. Leave to appeal was refused.
