(Specially written for "Ins DosuNloS.) THURSDAY. Tripe .and Tomatoes. Potatoes. Cauliflower,. Bated Apples. I! ice Pudding. TRIPE AND TOMATOES. Two pounds trine, 3 or i onions, C or 7 tomatoe"s, 3oz. butter, salt and cayenne. Wash and blanch the trine, and cook in 6altod water until tender, then cut. into narrow'strips about two inches long.' Peel the onions and slice in veiy thin ring?, scald.'skin, and slice tho tomatoes. llelt the butter, fry tho onions for about ton minutes, then add tho. sliced tomatoes, and fry five minutes longer. Add the strips of tripe, season with salt, ,nnd cayenne, cover with a greased paper, and simmer very gently for half an' hour. Serve on a hot .dish. . '...'.. FOR TO-MORROW.
