Br Tclcsraph—Press A , Constantinople, March 7." 1 Owing to insinuations mado in tho Turkish Assembly that Ministers had profited by concessions to the Zionists and others, Haltki Pasha, tho Grand Vizier, struck Ismail Kcmal Bey, leader of the Moderate Liberals. Dervich Bey, a Unionist deputy, also struck Ismail violently in the face. The disputants were reconciled subsequently.
