CAPTAIN'S CERTIFICATE SUSPENDED. ' By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright. London, March 7. The Board of Trade inquiry regarding the loss of the ship Ardencraig (2153 tons), during a fog, on the Scilly Islands, resulted in Captain Dunning's certificate being suspended for three months, it being held that he had neglected to take proper precautions.
