A MADAGASCAR FRAUD.
SPIRITUALISTIC CONCESSIONAIRES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrliht London, March 7. The King's Bench' Division of the High Court of Justice concluded the hearing of evidence in the Madagascar concession case,, in which William Burdett, sued a man named Horno and Mrs; Home (a leading spiritualist, known as "The Queen of Madagascar"), alleging that tho pair had defrauded lim of .£3590 in connection with concessions in Madagascar, represented to he worth ten million pounds. Ilorne (who is separated from his wife) declared that he was not connected with the scheme. Mrs. Home did not appear in Court. The jury found that Horne's judicial separation was a ruse to evade liability, and gave a verdict for the amount claimed. Judgment was reserved pending decision on a legal point,
