Mr. Catts, a member of tho Federal House and Secretary to tho Railway and Tramway Association, has been fined X 3 for divulging.the.proceedings of the Railway 7 Scrvico Superannuation Board. Mr. Catts published the information on which tho charge was based in tho association's official organ. The defence was that tho regulation prohibiting publication was ultra vires. Tho proceedings were taken at tho instance of the Chief Railway. Commissioner.' ,
