GERMAN .PROTEST. By Tolecrapl'.-Press Ascoc'iHion-CopyriE'at. (Rec. March 7, 10.50 p.m.) Berlin, March 7. The "Berliner Tageblatt" protests against the conversion of the All-Bri-tish- Shopping Week in London into a weapon against German trade. It declares that Germany, if she desires, can bring into existence a counter-movement excluding British manufacturers, and cr.lls upon Bradford, Manchester, and Huddersileld to energetically oppose the boycott of Gorman goods.
