; PLAGUE TOLL ,IN MANCHURIA. By Telegraph—Press Assoniation—Oovrrlcbt St. Petersburg, March 2. According to i Japanese accounts, 10,000 deaths from plague have occurred at Kwang-cheng-tse, and 7000 bodies have been burnt. Twenty thousand rats were taken in tho infected areas, but none revealed the piaguo bacillus.
