Hombers of the House of Commons, of all parties, are extensively signing a petition to Mr. Asquith supporting the New Zealand proposal'that one of the subjects for discussion at the Imperial Conference should be that of the Imperial representation of the Overseas Dominions, and that practical steps should bo taken to achieve this end. - DATA FOB THE PREMIERS. (Rec. March 2, 0.5 a.m.) London, March 1. Replying to a question in tho Honsa of Commons, Mr. Harcourt, Secretary for the Colonies, said that all possible Imperial Conference data would reach tho colonial Premiers before they sailed for London.
