MINISTER'S POSITION SHAKEN. By Tcleirraoß—Press Association-ConrriEht. (Eec. March' 1, 0.5 a.m.) Vienna, February 28. The position of Admiral Count Montecuccoli, Austro-Hungarian Minister for Marine, has been shaken. Hoping to secure the support of Hungary in tho shipbuilding programme, ho secretly promised that a Dreadnought would bo built at Fiume, the Hungarian port on the Adriatic, nnd the Hungarians would supply fifty per cent, of tho Dreadnought ammunition. The Austrian • Government and tho Austrian Delegation strongly oppose the arrangement.
