Wyoming, ,a Republic'ailj" in a heated passago called Mr. James Wickersliam, the Republican delegate from Alaska, a liar. *- ■ Mr. Wickcrsham thereupon tried to knock Mr. Mondell down, and although members interfered, the struggle between the'' two members lasted several minutes. The. Sergeant-at-Anns, was called upon to restore order. The incident concluded ,by the ■ two I members apologising to tho House.
