At the previous hearing of tho caso, it was stated that Mr. Kemp-Welch was at one timo a member of a well-known firm of civil engineers, and subsequently went into business with his father,, a manufacturer. Mrs. Kemp-Welch was tho (laughter of a professor of King's College. Thoy wero married at St. Mary's Church, Kilbum, in June, 1898. Tho trouble between thorn arrived at an acute, stage in 1907 and 1008. after their fourth child was bom. Mrs. Kemp-Welch brought a suit to obtdin a separation order, hhd' Mr.- Kemp-Welch replied with a counteraction for divorco on tho (tround of adultery with tho Rov.
