DIPLOMA OF PUBLIC HEALTH,
TO BE INSTITUTED-AT OTAGO v UNIVERSITY. ' : ; (By Telegraph.—Press Assoclatlon.l Dunedin, February 20. It is understood that a diploma of public health will shortly be instituted at Gtago University. Regulations in connection therewith recently forwarded by tha Otago University Council to the University Senato have been approved, and. the Senato has recommended that the necessary'powers bo sought from Parliament to enable the diploma to bo granted. Tho diploma will be open to medical men who have been registered twelve months or more, and the regulations will be on the lines of those laid down in England.
