Mr. Kidston, the late Premier, in a farewell message to tho people, says ho felt it was not well for a progressive young Stato that tho same man should remain at the head of affairs too long. Queensland should have a continual succession of young men pushing... her ahead. He had been associated with a great progressive policy, and left it for younger and more active men to continue.
