A CORONATION EXHIBITION.
AT SHEPHERD'S BUSH. Writing on December 17 from London to the Wellington Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Charles J. Kirnlfy says: "In view of the significance to the British Empire of such an event as the Coronation of King Georgo V it hasbecome evident that next year's exhibition at the White City can only take the.form of a great Imperial Coronation Exhibition. It has been arranged that a proportionate part of the receipts, guaranteed under no circumstances to be less than £5000, shall be devoted to the Mansion House Fund for a national memorial to King Edward VII. As will be. seen (by the enclosed preliminary programme) the exhibition will be entirely confined to the arts, manufactures, and products of the British Empire, and the Executive Council will greatly appreciate any efforts you may make in causing the exhibition to be made known in your various bulletins, as well as bringing it before tho notice of the industrial and agricultural organisations in your section of the country." - ' •'■•;•
