To have the wool soft, bright, and oily is what every grower of the staple aims ot. Such is the.condition of a pdrfectlygrown fleece; and in this condition, according to tho testimony of Mr.' James Close, tho noted Komney breeder of Ngalieia, JCawakawa,' Auckland, rin espert of the highest standing, does Quibell s Powder Dip leavo the wool. .Perfectly-grown wool always realises toji prices—a fact worth remembering.*

Tho Scottish Agricultural ' Commissioners, Messrs. Dunlop and Keith, who visited Wercroa experimental farm on Monday, were greatly impressed by the Government dairy stock at tho farm, and, states a Press Association telegram, considered it was ,pi;obably tho best seeu by them throughout Australasia.

Messrs. Dunlop and Keith, the Scottish Agricultural Commissioners, visited the show at Feilding yesterday, nud' were officially welcomed. After lunch, Ihey wero shown the stock, and then motored to Aoraiigi,' where they called nt Mr. Mayo's orchard, over to Cheltenham to seo Mr. Ernest Short's stud horses, and the Cheltenham Dairy Factory; on to Waituna, and back through.
