PRIVY COUNCIL DECISIONS.
i— By Tdezraph—Press AMii-lnti-Mi-Copyright. London, February 3. The appeal in the caso of Brown v. Brown has been dismissed, with costs. In the case of the National Phonograph Company v. Muecke, the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council recommends that tho decision of tho , High Court should be reversed, and in lieu thereof an injunction issued, restraining respondent from infringing the letters patent; and quoad ultra tlmt appellant's claims in tho action should bo dismissed. The award of costs in favour of respondent in tho Court below to stand, respondent to be entitled to costs as between solicitor and client. ,
