PATCHENKO'S TRIAL.

At the trial of Doctor Patchenko, Count do Lassy, and Madame Muravicva, on a chargo of murdering Count Bonturlin, and conspiring to murder General Bonturlin, tho Count's father, also Madamo Lazardi, the General's divorced wife, tho evidence showed that Patchcnko purchased diptheric toxin for alleged experiments. Patchenko has now withdrawn his confession, alleging that tho examining magistrate's promises induced him to make it.
