SUNDRY FIRES.
— 4 At.3.30 p.m. yesterday, the Fire Brigade received a call to GIJ oeiiloun Koad, ivilbirnie, a general E,tore, occupied by Wm. j'J. Summers and owned by John P. Harris. The building consists of a shop and. seven, rooms of a dwelling, witli an iron shed at the rear, used_ ab a l'eed room. TKe shed and contents were severely damaged. There was an insurance for £1020 on contents in the iioval OHice. just alter 9 p.m. a call was received to 101 Jlein Street, a four-roomed dwelling occupied by Samuel Collio and owned by Duncan Campbell. The kitchen and contents were severely dam-, aged and a bedroom and contents slightly damaged, while the rest of the house suffered by heat and smoke. Tiro contents were covered by a policy for £150 in the State Fire Department. In connection with the fire at No. 7 Aurora Terrace in the early hours of yesterday morning, the building is owned by the Toomath Estate and occupied by Miss Henderson. Insurances are £300 on the building in the Norwich j Union, while the same company has a risk of £250 on thq contents.
