The railways are at a- standstill. Two trains aro stationary at tho summit of tho Crow's Nest l'ass, oil tho Canadian Pacific railroad. Snow ploughs aro working to release them. Tho worst storm for twenty years is sweeping Canada, from tho Reeky Mountains to tho Atlantic. Eleven days' rain has isolated Idaho and other towns. No fatalities have been reported.
