The hopo was expressed, that Sir Joseph Ward wonld use his , influence in having the heavy postage on copies, of "The Navy," posted in London, reduced. Mr. Palmer, reporting that . Master. Oscar Borer had for sbmo. time past rendered valuable assistance in collecting annual subscriptions, it was resolved that ho be appointed assistant treasurer. Tho secretary said that as the schools had now reassembled it was proposed to approach Captain Wemyss, R.N., -with a view of arranging a juvenile visit to H.M.S. Cambrian by some of tho Navy League boys and girls who last year missed their annual visit to-n- wnrshin.
