CONVENIENCES FOE RECREATION.
In accordance with a suggestion from the Mayor (Mr. T. M. Wilford, M.P.), that a scheme be elaborated lor the improvement of tlie city reserves at Lynll Bay, for the purpose of recreation,"together with more ample' provision for the convenience of the visiting; public to thebeach'.' the Reserves Committee of tho City Council, with the co-operation of the City Engineer, will endeavour to bring a. scheme forward.in time to be embodied with next year's estimates.
