The evidence, Which was very conflicting, alleged that plaintilf sustained a fall which caused a fracture of the arm, pre-' sumably by colliding with defendant, who, it was stated, was riding on tho footpath. Mr. Keid, S.M., gave'judgment for plaintiff for .£43 Bs. Notice of appeal was given.;
