CARTERTON
A case of scarlet fever is reported from Belvedere -Road. y A painful accident happened to a young man named "Bert" Crawley, while working on Mr. Ranislr's property ' recently. It appears that in company with a comrade he was using , a slasher, when the one used by his companion accidentally eaught tho heel of Crawley's right foot, inflicting a nasty wound, which will take several to heal.
