NAVIGATION OF THE ELBE.
'AUSTRIA AND GERMANY. By Tclceraph—Press-Association—Copyriffht ' 1 Vienna, January 17.' A conference at Aussig, under the auspices of the Reichenberg Chamber of Commerce, passed a unanimous resolution, which was supported by representatives of the Ministers for Commerce ■and Agriculture, emphasising Austria's rights to the free navigation of the Elbe. The meeting urged the Government to decline to negotiate . with Germany concerning tho imposition of shipping dues on tho Elbe, no matter whatever compensation is offered for the modification of tho Elbe treaties., .
