« USE OF THE LASH RESENTED. ' By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright, London, January 16. Advices to hand state that the recent naval mutiny at Rio de Janeiro' was the outcomd of tho use of the lash for offonces aboard ship. Tlio mutiny started while an offender was receiving, 150 lashes.
